  The ‘Info’ field in the Events section of the Customers Screen can also be used for marketing. You can use it to remind you of what the next action should be taken with a customer. You could customize the menu choices to remind you to call, mail or email to this customer at a certain time. This is why MB has two different newsletter fields: ‘News’ and ‘Top100’. You can use these fields to create mailing lists that make it simple for you to print up envelopes or mailing labels. You could use either of these lists to send out a large newsletter mailing to many of your customers at once, if you wanted. Then MB can do a mail merge to print up personalized letters and envelopes. So, once you type a customer’s name into MB, you’ll never have to type it again. How could mailings be any easier?
